01. Introduction

At IMG, we were proud to partner with ICF International and Children's Welfare Information Gateway to create impactful, accessible resources tailored to child welfare professionals. This project was designed to support frontline workers, managers, supervisors, administrators, and directors across state, local, private, and tribal agencies, showcasing the essential tools and information Information Gateway provides.

IMG delivered comprehensive production and design services, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, animation, stock music licensing, sound design, captioning, encoding, audio descriptors for the blind (DVI), PDF transcripts, and digital archiving. Each element was crafted to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and effectiveness, helping the target audience recognize Information Gateway as a vital resource for their work.

The objective was to highlight the critical role of Information Gateway in empowering professionals and improving outcomes in child welfare. With flexible post-production timelines, IMG successfully delivered a final product that met the needs of all stakeholders and exceeded expectations.
